"The delivery is so frustratingly inconsistent"
The coffee itself is fine, but the delivery situation is driving me nuts. Some days it shows up okay, and other times my order is late again with no real explanation. I don’t mind waiting a little here and there, but when it keeps happening, it gets really annoying.

"Pretty consistent roast every time"
I’ve been ordering this for a while now and the roast is always pretty much the same, which I really appreciate. Makes my morning coffee simple, no guessing, no weird surprises

"Pretty decent organic options"
i mean, the organic choices are solid overall, but I’d really love to see more light roast options. What’s there is good, just a little limited if that’s your usual preference

"Packaging was bad"

"Nice coffee smell when I’m worn out"
After dealing with people and errands all day, this fresh coffee scent is comforting. It smells really nice in the morning and gives the room a little boost without being too much.

"Helpful support, but a little slow"
Support did get my issue fixed, which I really appreciated, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience, just not the fastest.

"Decaf was okay, but not my favorite"
The decaf tasted fine overall, but it felt a little flat to me. I was also expecting clearer instructions, so I wasn’t totally sure if I was making it the best way. Not bad, just didn’t really stand out

"Decent coffee, but the subscription was a little annoying"
The coffee itself showed up fine and tasted good enough. I just found the subscription part kind of frustrating sometimes. Skipping deliveries wasn’t always super clear, so I had to click around more than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just a bit more annoying than it needed to be.

"Everything Came Right"
I gave it 4 stars because my order showed up just the way I placed it, the right coffee and the correct bag sizes. I was glad nothing was missing, especially since I was restocking the one my husband and I usually drink in the mornings. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d order again.

"Solid Single-Origin Options"
I’ve had a good experience with their single-origin choices. There are some really nice options, though a few of the popular ones do sell out quickly. Makes sense if they’re good, but it’s worth ordering sooner rather than waiting.

"Honestly, I wish there were more blends"
I was hoping there would be more blend options to pick from, but it felt limited. A lot of them kind of looked like the same thing to me. If you’re someone who likes trying a bunch of different blends, this site might be a little disappointing

"Am I missing something, or is it just not worth it now?"
I used to order from Fresh Roasted Coffee regularly, but am I missing something, or have the prices just gotten hard to justify? Once shipping gets added, it really doesn’t feel like much of a deal anymore.
The coffee itself was fine, not bad at all, but for what I ended up paying I guess I expected a little more. I can find similar beans locally for less, so unless the prices come down, I probably won’t be ordering again.

"Showed up faster than I thought it would"
I ordered a couple of bags and was surprised when they shipped the same day. The tracking email came through quickly too, which made the whole thing feel easy from the start.

The box arrived just a few days later, and everything was packed well with no issues. Based on this order, I’m really happy with how smooth and fast it was, and I’d definitely order again.

"Pretty disappointing coffee"
So... I really wanted to like this, but the coffee just tasted flat to me. The flavor was weak and a little stale, and there wasn’t much depth at all. It mostly came across like bitter water, so I probably won’t be ordering it again.

"Didn’t feel right for “fresh” beans"
I wanted to like these, but the bag barely had any aroma when I opened it, and the coffee tasted flat. It seemed like the beans had been sitting around for a while. If a company is selling beans as fresh, I feel like customers should be able to trust that they’re getting what they paid for.

"I ordered a medium grind for my drip..."
I ordered a medium grind for my drip brewer, but what showed up was way too coarse. I tried a couple of pots anyway, and the coffee came out all uneven and kinda weak. Maybe the beans themselves are Good, but the grind accuracy was disappointing for me.
